Are you unsure who provides what services for people living with dementia in Bristol and South Gloucestershire? If so, this is an opportunity to find out what services are available. You will also have the chance to ask questions about the services.

There will be presentations which in total will last around 50 minutes from the following people about the dementia services available;

Lynn Cross (Alzheimer’s Society Services Manager for South Gloucestershire)

Paul Frisby (Partnership Manager for South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group)

Paul Knocker (Service Manager for Bristol Dementia Wellbeing Service)

Paula Shears (Alzheimer’s Society Services Manager for Bristol)

Sue Jaques (Commissioning Manager Children, Adults & Health for South Gloucestershire Council)

Following these presentations there will be approximately 30 minutes for you to ask the presenters any questions you may have.

Please note we will not be providing refreshments at the event so as to keep it free, however, there is a café within the Learning & Research centre, and other cafés nearby in the Brain Centre and Brunel building if you wish to purchase refreshments prior to or following the event.
