This Certa accredited course will be delivered online over twelve weeks. There are two rounds of the course that you can apply for starting on 20th February 2018 and 20th March 2018. The course is open to anyone who volunteers for the NHS. The course ends with a full day of assessed presentations which you must be able to attend. This day will take place in either Leeds or London and will be on either 15th May 2018 (for the course starting on the 20th February) or on 12th June 2018 (for the course starting on the 20th March) and will run between 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Cost: The course is free to participants (including covering travel costs for the final day) as the associated costs (of £700 per participant) are paid for by NHS England. Because of this we ask for a £50 deposit before starting the course to secure your place and to ensure participants fully commit to the course. The deposit will be returned to you on completion of the course. If this is a barrier to your participation please contact us on the email address below, as reduced rates may be available in some circumstances.
To apply: Please request the application form by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org These must be returned by 15th January 2018. Places are limited and priority consideration will be given to those volunteering for NHS England. However, we would like to ensure that places are allocated to reflect volunteering across a range of NHS business areas.
Closing date for applications: 15th January 2018
